MYC International Return & Exchange Policy

All discounted and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, we offer exchange service.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@mycstoreus.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help with an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Because these items are sold at promotional or discounted prices, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or any reason other than a product issue.

Sale items, promotional items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with local law. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on discounted or promotional items unless required by law. If there is a confirmed product issue, we may offer an exchange or another appropriate solution.
