Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses where carrier service is available.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $20 or more.
  • Standard Shipping applies to orders under $20 and will be shown at checkout.
  • Expedited or Express Shipping may be available at checkout depending on the order and destination.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If tracking is available, it will also appear in your shipping confirmation.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
  3. If the issue is still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

P.O. Boxes & Restrictions

Most items can ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS. Some oversized items or carrier-restricted shipments may require a physical address.
